Please remember each FurEver Friends item is unique and handmade! Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy
Bandanas: Please double-check our size guide to ensure the bandana will work for your pup. If you find it is too big/small, we are happy to swap out for a different size. Please email us to do this. If bandana has been worn, we will not exchange it.

Dog Leashes: If the leash is defected or breaks within 60 days, you may return for repairs. Because each leash is made-to-order and customized, there will be no refunds or returns on handmade dog leashes.

Toys: Because each toy is made-to-order from recycled material, no returns or refunds available for our handmade dog toys.
